Commerce 635 is a Class A Business logistics park with a minimum of 950,000 SF of available leasing space on 95 acres. Located east of I-635 and Lake June Road (formerly DD Ranch), Commerce 635 has great interstate visibility and close proximity to the major thoroughfares of I-20, I-30 and I-45 providing optimal local and regional distribution. The estimated targeted number of jobs are between 200-3000. The construction has begun and will be completed in stages with phase one or building #3 having an anticipated completion in Spring 2021. Upon completion of all phases of the project will include a minimum total financial investment and economic impact of $70,000,000. The project will also include off site road improvements to Eastgate Drive, Balch Springs Road and I-635/Lake June Road intersection in close proximity to the project.
